Welcome to the Affiliate Program of Betta4U.com. These Affiliate Terms of Service (“Agreement”) contain the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate”) in the Betta4U.com Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up for the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Enrollment in the Program: 

1.1. To enroll in the Program, you must complete and submit the Affiliate application form found on our website. 

1.2. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to websites containing objectionable material. 1.3. You must provide accurate and complete information in your application.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities: 

2.1. As an Affiliate, you agree to promote Betta4U.com in a lawful and ethical manner. 

2.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 

2.3. You may not engage in any form of spamming, including but not limited to unsolicited email marketing. 

2.4. You must not make false or misleading claims about Betta4U.com or its products/services.

3. Commission Structure: 

3.1. You will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers referred by your unique affiliate link. 

3.2. Commission rates and terms may vary and will be outlined in the Affiliate dashboard upon acceptance into the Program. 

3.3. Commissions are paid on a regular basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold and payment schedule determined by Betta4U.com.

4. Intellectual Property: 

4.1. You may use Betta4U.com's logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. 

4.2. You may not modify or alter any Betta4U.com intellectual property without prior written consent. 

4.3. All intellectual property rights in the materials provided by Betta4U.com remain the property of Betta4U.com.

5. Termination: 

5.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, upon written notice to the other party. 

5.2. Betta4U.com reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program immediately and without notice for any breach of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability: 

6.1. Betta4U.com will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program. 

6.2. In no event shall Betta4U.com's total liability exceed the total commission paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

7. Modifications: 

7.1. Betta4U.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, without prior notice. 

7.2. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms to ensure compliance.

8. Governing Law: 

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By signing up for the Betta4U.com Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not sign up for the Program.
